Marie Taylor recently joined NAI Capital serving as Senior Vice President. Ms. Taylor specializes in the sales and leasing of office, land and industrial properties in Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley.
Previously, Marie Taylor served as a Senior Advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sales and leasing of office, land and industrial property in Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley. Taylor was a recipient of the Sperry Van Ness Achiever award for her sales in 2007.
Ms. Taylor has been specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial, retail, office buildings, land and mixed-use projects in Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley since 2003. She has completed over 100 transactions and completed approximately $60 million dollars in transactions. Her services included site evaluation, demographic analysis, investment analysis and market analysis. With a sincere and outgoing personality Ms. Taylor has taken an active interest in helping each client achieve their goals. She is aware of and responsive to the needs and concerns of her clients. You will find her friendly, supportive and knowledgeable.
Civic & Professional Activities: Ms. Taylor is an alumna of Leadership Pasadena, an organization dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of community leaders. Taylor continues to support the Leadership Pasadena organization in many ways. She is also a member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC), Pasadena Chamber of Commerce.
